Refund Policy

Magic Mirror Entertainment: Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Magic Mirror Entertainment, we are committed to creating incredible, intimate, and often capacity-limited events. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible while protecting the viability of our unique experiences.

By purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Tickets

a) General Rule: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Because our events are live experiences with strictly limited numbers, we are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind or circumstances. When you book a ticket, you are reserving a spot that is then unavailable for others to purchase.

b) Ticket Transfers & Re-Scheduling (Our Flexibility Offer): We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, we are happy to offer a transfer or credit under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us via email at magicmirrorevents.laurab@gmail.com at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event start time.

  • Within this notice period, you have two options:

  • Transfer to another person: You may transfer your ticket to another person's name for the same event.

  • Request a credit: We can issue you a full credit for the ticket value, which you can use for any other Magic Mirror Entertainment event within the next 12 months.

  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice and "no-shows" on the day of the event will forfeit the full ticket price.

 

c) Cancellation of an Event by Magic Mirror Entertainment: If we are forced to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or other operational issues), all ticket holders will be notified immediately via email and will be offered the choice of:

  • A full, 100% refund of their ticket price.

  • A full credit to be used for any future event.

 

​d) Special Policy for "Life Sentence" and Other Overnight Stays: Due to the extremely limited nature and higher cost of our overnight stay packages, we require 7 days' notice for any cancellation to be eligible for a credit. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice for an overnight stay package will forfeit the full ticket price.

2. Merchandise & Stallholder Goods

a) Magic Mirror Entertainment Merchandise: If you purchase a branded item directly from our staff and it is found to be faulty, we will happily offer a full refund or exchange upon presentation of the item and proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on merchandise.

b) Third-Party Vendor Stalls (e.g., at "Jingle Cells"): All stallholders at our markets operate as independent businesses. Any issues regarding the purchase, refund, or exchange of goods bought from a market stall must be addressed directly with that specific vendor. Magic Mirror Entertainment is not responsible for transactions made with third-party vendors.

3. GoFundMe Donations

Our GoFundMe campaigns are for fundraising to support the launch and growth of our community-focused venture. As such, all contributions are considered donations and are strictly non-refundable. We are incredibly grateful for your support in bringing our dream to life.
