CHANGE OF MIND

• We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return on all pens, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• Due to the nature of ink and nibs, we cannot accept returns on pens that have been filled or used, as they cannot be resold to the next patron.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind are the responsibility of the traveler.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Under Australian Consumer Law, if your pen arrives "disorderly" (broken or faulty):

• Please contact the Matron at magicmirrorentertainment.laurab@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include a photo of the fault (and any ink blots caused by the malfunction).

• We will provide a full refund or a replacement pen at no extra cost to you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Once an order is placed in the Village Ledger, it cannot be canceled if it has already been dispatched via our local mail carrier.

• If a package is lost on the road, please notify us so we can send out the Gendarme to investigate (and provide you with a replacement).

PROCESSING TIMES (The Scribe's Preparation)

• Every pen is inspected by the Matron before it leaves.

• Please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully package your items in protective "parchment" (recycled padding) to ensure they survive the bumpy roads ahead.

We utilise the most reliable couriers in the colony to ensure your pens arrive safely:

• Standard Village Post: $10.00 Flat Rate (Australia-wide).

• Express Carriage: $15.00 Flat Rate (For those with urgent deadlines from.

• Local Pickup: Free for fellow villagers! If you are attending The Great Egg Hunt on April 4th, select "Local Pickup" and you can collect your order directly from the Apothecary’s Counter at the Hall.
